 Breast-feeding:  This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. 

General warnings:

Premenopausal Women :  This medicine is not recommended for use in premenopausal women with breast cancer. 

Osteoporosis :  This medicine should be used with caution in patients with osteoporosis due to the
increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

 How it works ?

Anabrez 1 mg Tablet works by lowering the estrogen formation in postmenopausal women.
This leads to a decrease in the size and growth of many types of breast cancer cells.

Uveitis :This medicine should be used with caution in patients with uveitis or active intraocular inflammation due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. 
Renal Diseases: This medicine should be used with caution in patients with renal diseases due to the increased risk of adverse effects. 
Liver disease: This medicine should be used with caution in patients with liver diseases due to the increased risk of adverse effects.

Food Interactions : The desired effects of Careprost 3ml Tablet will not be achieved if it is taken along with food.  

Warnings for special population :

This medicine is not recommended during Pregnancy and Lactation.  

General warnings:

Contact lens : The ophthalmic form of this medicine is not recommended for use if you are wearing soft contact lenses.
The lens should be removed prior to administration of the eye drops and can be reinserted after 15 minutes of administration.   
Bacterial keratitis :  If the ophthalmic solution of this medicine is contaminated by bacteria, it can lead to an infection of the cornea (bacterial keratitis).  
Eyelash changes and Pigmentation : Use of this medicine may cause some changes in eyelashes such as increased length, thickness, pigmentation, a misdirected growth of eyelashes, etc.  
Use in Pediatrics :  This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 16 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.  
Driving or operating machines - This medicine may cause blurred vision in some patients.

It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you
experience this symptom during treatment with this medicine.

The eye drops work by reducing the fluid pressure inside the eyes.

Increase cholesterol levels : This medicine may increase the cholesterol levels in the body.
The baseline of cholesterol levels should be obtained before initiating the treatment.
Lipid lowering agents can be initiated based on the clinical condition.

Dizziness : This medicine may cause dizziness, somnolence, and fatigue.
It is advised not to perform activities that require mental
alertness like driving vehicle or operating machinery. Inform the doctor if the symptoms worsen.

 It is not advised during Pregnency or Lactation.
