Dosage :

Missed Dose :
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. 
If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.
Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.

Overdose :
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

 
Contraindications of Calutide 50 mg Tablet  : Allergy, Pregnancy

Leflunomide
Lomitapide

Warnings for special population

Pregnancy : This medicine is not recommended for use in women. 

Breast-feeding : This medicine is not recommended for use in women.

Warnings : 

Use in females :  This medicine is not recommended for use in female patients.

Contraception :  Effective contraception methods must be used during treatment
with this medicine and until 130 days after stopping the therapy.

Use in pediatrics :  This medicine is not recommended for use in children and adolescents.

Diabetes Mellitus : The combination of Calutide 50 mg Tablet and GnRH agonists should be used with
caution in patients with a history of diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of elevated blood glucose levels.
Close monitoring of blood glucose levels is recommended for these patients.

Interaction with Alcohol :  Interaction with alcohol is unknown.
It is advisable to consult your doctor before consumption.

thereby stopping the growth and spread of cancer cells.
